11th June 2018, Shanklin Theatre and Community Trust Secretary Anthony Wood today announced that it has received the 2018 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Award. Now in its eighth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include attractions, restaurants and accomodations located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
Anthony went on to say; “we are honoured that our local Theatre has earned the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the 4th year in a row. There is no greater seal of approval than being recognised by our customers. With the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence based on customer reviews, the achievement is a remarkable vote of confidence to our continued business success and commitment to service excellence; our thanks go out to all our dedicated staff and hard working volunteers, and of course to our valuable customers for their continued support.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
