The Friends of Shanklin Theatre (FOST) Chairman David Kast & Vice Chairman Michael Beston met with the Shanklin Landguard Road Co-op branch manager Simon Thompson, the Theatre was presented with a cheque from the Co-op Local Causes initiative, so far to date the Theatre has raised over £678 to go towards replacing the old and worn out historic windows.
The Co-op Local Community Fund is now open for Co-op members who choose The Friends of Shanklin Theatre as their local charity.
Every time you buy Co-op own brand products at the Landguard Road Co-op in Shanklin, present your Co-op membership card at the till and 1% will be allocated to The Friends of Shanklin Theatre in the Co-op Local Community Fund & 5% of what you spend will go into your own Co-op Membership account.
